Rigorous business as usual. Forcing employees to say things even though their heart may or may not elicit that feeling in that moment.

Robotization . Sterilization. You cannot take a spiritual being and put them into an environment which is purely mechanistic and expect them to thrive. This only kills them. What of machines anyway? What if they can gain consciousness at some point and become self aware? Interesting to ponder, yes?

When you take a spiritual thing and sell it.. you are taking away part of it’s essence. If someone wants to give you something.. then they offer it.. setting up rigorous prices set in stone is so…

We are spiritual beings. All life is spiritual, organic life all has an essence. When we have such specific mathematics , stop and go business and hardcore demands placed upon it.. we are taking away from it..

Think corporate america and all the people who have to put their souls aside in order to work.. I myself once tried such things.. and a fire lit inside of me.. a fire which knew the wrongness of us to force life in such ways, when life is malleable and more elusive.

Standard corporate demands as they are have truly robbed us of something that makes us holy. To force our children to act in such ways has, truly, demoralized them. The corporate ladder in it’s ways as is.. to me, is insane. Climbing the ladder of corporate success.. to me.. is a complete waste of life, time, and energy.

We are organic life forms and organic life is sensitive and at times frail and sometimes needs to cry. You can’t set standards of harsh numbers and deadlines to things which ebb and flow, just like water.

Water is life, and how little we know about it.. water retains the essence in primordial ways that science has not fully understood yet.

The essence, the feeling, the spirit.. things of which we do not recognize, respect, revere, nor even understand.. is all retained in the water.

Only by loving water can you cleanse it spiritually, and water from evil places retains the essence of such.. Even chemically filtered water (say, reverse osmosis) will still retain the essence of the pain of those around it..

Water is far more intelligent than we can fathom.
