Quantum probability. Awareness. The observer effect.
You see, you are still thinking from a predominantly third dimensional perspective. The forces which wish to contain you are seeing things from at least a fourth dimensional view.
They have a one up on you. They see things in the realm of probability. There is also technology which aides in this and is how the world has been so successfully controlled up until now.
Anyway, the title is a reference to a quantum mechanics viewpoint about a cat that is both alive and dead because it is being viewed from the quantum perspective. Basically, this is a more fourth dimensional viewpoint. When you can see things from this viewpoint and realize that the universe works in probabilities you can learn to gain more control over your outcomes and thus your destiny.. instead of it being constantly stolen from you.
Everything is probability and awareness is everything. Such is why awareness is stifled from peons as to avoid them from gaining control over their collective destiny. We shift back towards a neufeudal dictatorship now.
We are living in a third dimensional perspective and being intervened upon by those who have a slightly higher level of awareness, regardless of morality. Furthermore and hitherto, morality and social obligation is used to also increase dichotomy amongst the earth peoples IE divide and conquer based on entirely petty difference.
Realize that the enemy, or the fallen angel empire of sorts operates from a slightly higher viewpoint but are not capable of transcending higher and thus are using you as a footstool to empower themselves.
